Job summary

Bumper To Bumper Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced automotive parts environment. You will handle receiving, picking, shipping, put-away, and inventory validation, using an RF scanner and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
• Rigor and good organizational skills.
• Ability to use basic computer tools.
• Experience operating counterbalance, order picking, reach trucks and walkie riders.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and ship merchandise to customers using an RF scanner.
• Perform inventory validations.
• Receive, offload and put-away products into the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and complete shipping documents and return forms.
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers to accomplish tasks and look for improvements in put-away processes.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

• Using his RF reader (scanner), the clerk receives, picks, and ships merchandise to customers.
• Performs inventory validations.
• Receive, offload and put-away products into the warehouse.
• Prepares for shipment of goods to customers.
• Completes shipping documents as well as return forms.
• Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.
• Ensures safety when performing tasks.
• Collaborates with peers in the accomplishment of work tasks.
• Look for improvement opportunities in the put-away process.

Expertise & Essential Skills:
