Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts in Uxbridge, ON is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a 6-month temporary assignment. You’ll handle stock receiving, labeling, storage, and order preparation while maintaining accurate inventory and safe, organized workspace.

The role emphasizes driving, core processing, and supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced automotive parts environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing or similar.
• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Location: 241 Main Street North Uxbridge, ON L9P 1C3.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Ensure accurate warehouse inventory; pick, pack, ship, receive and put away promptly.
• Complete posting and receiving documentation.
• Process cores and warranty products.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively.
• Follow quality service standards and internal procedures.
• Support training of other warehouse team members.
• Operate systems/equipment to receive and ship inventory efficiently.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Uphold a positive brand ambassador attitude for Bumper to Bumper.
• Assist with other store support duties including delivery driving or customer service as required.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

• Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

• Responsible for accurate product inventory of warehouse by ensuring orders are picked, packed, shipped, received and/or put away accurately and in a timely manner

• Completes all necessary posting and receiving documentation

• Process cores and warranty products

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

• Supports training other warehouse team members

• Operate systems/equipment in an efficient manner to receive, maintain and ship inventory

• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory

• Maintain the “Never Say No” attitude/mantra and be the Ambassador for the Bumper to Bumper Brand

• Carry out other store support related duties including delivery driving and/or customer service as required
