Bumper to Bumper Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our automotive aftermarket parts team. You will handle receiving, picking, shipping, and put-away activities using RF scanners, while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe workspace.

We value flexibility, reliability, and teamwork as you support daily operations, improve put-away processes, and help meet customer shipment deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket parts industry.
• Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and power tools is an asset.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and ship merchandise using an RF scanner.
• Perform inventory validations and organize stock.
• Receive, offload, and put-away products in the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and complete shipping documents and return forms.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with peers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Identify improvement opportunities in put-away processes.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact

• Using his RF reader (scanner), the clerk receives, picks, and ships merchandise to customers.
• Performs inventory validations.
• Receive, offload and put-away products into the warehouse.
• Prepares for shipment of goods to customers.
• Completes shipping documents as well as return forms.
• Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.
• Ensures safety when performing tasks.
• Collaborates with peers in the accomplishment of work tasks.
• Look for improvement opportunities in the put-away process.

Expertise & Essential Skills

• Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
• Rigor and good organizational skills
• Ability to use basic computer tools.
• Experience in operating counterbalance, order picking, reach trucks and walkie riders.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment is an asset.
