Job summary

Rexel is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Delta, BC to receive, palletize, pick, pack and ship branch and customer orders. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires preparing pallets, stacking and verifying goods received, with duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift experience (reach truck/order picker) is an asset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and palletize goods and pick, pack and ship branch and customer orders.
• Prepare and stack pallets and sort freight; verify goods received.
• Enter incoming inventory into the Warehouse Management System where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do With Us

As a Warehouse Associatebased in Delta, BC, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will receive and palletize goods, pick, pack and ship branch and customer orders. You will prepare and stack pallets, sort freight and verify goods received, in addition to other duties as assigned.

• You will make a personal impact, you process and prepare orders using mobile devices, including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs
• You will receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the WMS (Warehouse Management system)
• You will maintain a clean and organized work environment utilizing 5S principles.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Who Are You

• You have Grade 12 education (or equivalent.)
• You have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.li>
• You have Forklift experience (Reach truck, order picker would be an asset)

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 - 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
