Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Red Deer, AB to load and unload shipments, prepare skids, sort freight and verify goods received under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will enter inventory into the AS400 system, maintain a clean workspace, and act as a Brand Ambassador to enhance customer experiences while upholding Rexel’s image.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience or certificate is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and prepare/stack skids; verify goods received.
• Sort freight and process paperwork for shipping (bills of lading, invoices, freight costs).
• Enter incoming inventory into the AS400 system and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to enhance customer experiences and reflect Rexel’s image.

Job Description

As the Warehouse Associate based in Red Deer, AB, you will load and unload shipments. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will prepare and stack skids, sort freight and verify goods received along with other duties as assigned.
