Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Delta, BC to receive, palletize and ship orders, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will use a WMS to verify inventory and ensure accurate goods receipt, while upholding Rexel’s brand standards.

You will handle order picking, packing and shipping for branch and customer orders, with forklift experience considered an asset. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Reach truck would be an asset)

• Receive and palletize goods and verify shipments.
• Pick, pack and ship branch and customer orders.
• Prepare and stack pallets for shipment.
• Sort freight and verify goods received.
• Enter incoming inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associatebased in Delta, BC, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will receive and palletize goods, pick, pack and ship branch and customer orders. You will prepare and stack pallets, sort freight and verify goods received, in addition to other duties as assigned.

• You will receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the WMS (Warehouse Management system)
• You will maintain a clean and organized work environment utilizing 5S principles.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Qualifications

• You have Grade 12 education (or equivalent.)

• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have Forklift experience (Reach truck, order picker would be an asset)

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 - 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
