Every member of our warehouse team plays an essential role in our success. They ensure that orders are staged and delivered promptly while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

This position will start at our Calgary Main location and may transition to our Balzac location. The successful candidate must be able to work at either site.

What you will do:

• Load and unload products efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Deliver orders to customers’ facilities, construction sites, or other branches using the most effective routes
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including documentation
• Coordinate with freight companies and customers to prioritize shipments
• Transport materials to and from customer sites and local locations
• Handle shipping documentation and secure items during transport
• Ensure delivery acknowledgment signatures are obtained
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist the Counter Sales team by providing product knowledge and customer service support when needed

What you will bring:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependability, initiative, and reliability
• Valid G license and a clean driver’s abstract (no recent traffic violations or at-fault accidents)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it; WHMIS and TDG certifications are assets
• Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC products is an asset
