Position Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Morning, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming delivery trucks.
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, labeling, storing).
• Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
• Performing inventory controls and ensuring quality standards for audits.
• Participating in monthly and year-end inventory counts.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization.
• Reporting any discrepancies.
• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers.

Required Education & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Forklift experience with license is an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
