Job summary

Wesco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates in Calgary. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and light assembly while maintaining assigned areas. The role includes logging, handling inbound shipments, and verifying returns with attention to safety and accuracy.

We offer a Monday–Friday shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No prior experience required; 1 year of warehouse operations is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • No experience required/ entry level.
  • 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas.

  • Relocate and consolidate material.

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

  • Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
  • Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
  • Relocate and consolidate material
  • Prepare and assemble packing lists
  • Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

Education & Experience

Compensation Details: $20.04 - $24.05 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
