Job summary

Pearl DCS is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Brampton. You will handle inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and in-person, with hourly pay between $18.00 and $19.00. You will work closely with teammates to meet daily goals and maintain an organized, safe warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment safely (pallet jacks).
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate picking and packing.
• Ability to lift heavy items as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Working on accurate inventory tracking and order picking.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, ensuring all items are packaged correctly for shipment.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience on Forklift machine is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking and packaging.
• Ability to lift heavy items as required by the role.
