Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Belleville, Ontario to efficiently complete order processing in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pick orders, verify accuracy, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

The role requires at least three years of warehouse experience, Grade 12 education, strong math and data-entry skills, and proficiency with AS400 and Windows. Forklift knowledge is a plus.

• Minimum three years of warehouse experience.
• Good mathematical and data entry skills; proficient in a computerized environment (AS400/Windows).

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate based in Belleville, ON you will be responsible for completing the order process while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select orders for electrical parts and products, check for accuracy and pack for shipment.
• Process and prepare paperwork for shipping including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs.
• Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system.
• Process returns following established procedures and re-enter into a computerized inventory system.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.
• Answer telephones and help at the Counter whenever required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent.)
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience.
• Good mathematical and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in a computerized environment (AS400 and Windows.)
• Electrical distribution/product knowledge is a must.
• Good to have Forklift license.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 45000 – 55000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
