Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Belleville, ON to efficiently pick and pack orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will process shipping paperwork and verify incoming shipments using the AS400 system.

The role requires a minimum of three years in warehousing, strong math and data entry skills, and knowledge of electrical distribution. A forklift license is a plus and the position is based on-site in Belleville, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience.
• Good mathematical and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in a computerized environment (AS400 and Windows).
• Electrical distribution knowledge is a must.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select orders for electrical parts and products, check for accuracy and pack for shipment.
• Process and prepare paperwork for shipping including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs.
• Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system.
• Process returns following established procedures and re-enter into a computerized inventory system.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.
• Answer telephones and help at the Counter whenever required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 45000– 55000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
