Responsibilities

1. Process order pick-lists and submit orders for quality control.
2. Cross-check picked orders for accuracy.
3. Configure, image, and customize POS equipment.
4. Program, test, package, and ship credit card and POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies.
5. Fulfill daily order supplies, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory.
6. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
7. Identify and resolve problems promptly, interpreting various instructions.
8. Maintain knowledge of all processes and procedures affecting the department and company.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma / GED required.
2. Certifications like A+, Net+, Security+, or Microsoft are beneficial.
3. Ability to lift boxes weighing 10-50 lbs as required.
4. Experience with credit cards in acquiring or issuing industries preferred.
5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Windows-based programs.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Effective time management and work under pressure with limited supervision.
8. Ability to load/unload shipments and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
9. Testing, cleaning, and sorting products for reuse and RMA processes.
10. Maintain acceptable attendance and performance standards.
