Job summary

Compugen Inc in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Operations Warehouse & Logistics team. You will perform receiving, stocking, and order picking, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1–3 years in warehousing, and is trained in fall arrest with RF scanners and computer systems. This role offers a fast-paced environment, health and safety focus, and opportunities to grow with Compugen.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehousing/logistics experience.
• Fully trained for fall arrest and working at heights.
• Proficient with computers and RF scanners.
• Licensed to operate Reach truck and powered pallet trucks.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and stage goods in receiving lanes.
• Process inbound shipments including sorting and quality checks.
• Perform stocking tasks and order picking.
• Deliver goods to configuration/shipping areas and update documentation.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure proper tracking information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and assist Inventory Control.
