Job summary

Our client, based in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/General Labour to join a busy distribution team. The role includes order picking, labeling, inbound receiving, and labeling accuracy, with shifts Mon-Fri in either the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–11:00 PM window; parking is provided and the position is full-time.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, familiarity with RF scanners, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, Word, Excel etc.
• Detail oriented with the ability to read drawings and data.
• Use of RF scanners and pick systems.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Receiving.
• Apply labels to pallets for inbound receiving.
• Outbound Picking/Loading.
• Accurate scanning of inbound/outbound loads.
• Puttaway of consignments.
• Picking using RF Scanners.
• Container unloading – hand unloading.
• Report issues to Lead Hands and/or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow directions of Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor for daily tasks.
• Other warehouse duties as delegated by Warehouse Leads and Supervisors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work on a team and follow directions from leads.
• Maintain attention to detail during scanning and receiving.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and progress based on performance.
• Maintain a positive attitude.

Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Receiving
2. Responsible for accurately applying labels to pallets for all inbound receiving
3. Outbound Picking/ Loading
