Compugen Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate in Richmond Hill, ON. The role focuses on order picking, stocking, and cross-functional tasks to support shipping and receiving operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of warehousing exposure, basic computer skills, and is trained for fall arrest and working at heights. This position offers full-time hours with health and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years warehousing, logistics or transportation experience.
• Fall arrest and working at heights training completed.
• Proficient with computers, warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed to operate reach truck and pallet jack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and stage goods in receiving lanes.
• Process inbound shipments including sorting and quality checks.
• Complete stocking tasks and inventory control.
• Pick orders from storage locations and deliver to shipping area.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accurate tracking information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
