Job summary

Sollio Agriculture is seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. You will support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and assist customers with orders and sales in a friendly, efficient manner.

This role is pivotal to delivering accurate fulfillment and responsive service at both the storefront and the loading dock. Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability as required.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, load, unload, and store incoming shipments and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Complete local deliveries, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete order entry, data entry, stock transfers, and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and safe warehouse and storefront.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow all Sollio Agriculture safety policies, regulatory requirements, and EH&S standards.
