Job summary

Air Inuit in La Grande seeks a Warehouse Agent to manage day-to-day inventory and cargo operations. You will organize storage areas, verify loads, assist with aircraft loading, and ensure flight documents are accurate, contributing to safe, efficient deliveries.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, with a valid driver's license, able to work evenings, nights and weekends, and comfortable in a physically demanding environment.

• Organize the warehouse in a functional manner and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.

• Cargo reception and distribution.
• Operate the forklift.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Warehouse Agent at Air Inuit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations in La Grande. You will play a role in the reception, storage and shipment of merchandise.

THE ROLE IN DEPTH

• Organize the warehouse in a functional manner and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment;

• Help prepare all flight documents related to cargo;

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure in a physically challenging environment;
• Hold a valid driving license;
• Available to work evenings, nights and weekends;
• If the position is not filled locally, the candidate will be considered as having no specific base.

COMPENSATION

• Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Rotational position: 15 days on and 13 days off
• Air transport from Montreal as well as accommodation and meals are covered by the company for each rotation.
• The employee will be recognized as not having a designated base.
