Job summary

Air Inuit is seeking a Stores Agent to manage aircraft parts, shipments, and storage under supervision. You will assist in shipping, receiving, and ERP posting (WINAIR, D365) while maintaining organized stores and supporting urgent AOG needs.

Ideal candidates have aviation experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to obtain RAIC and airside permits. Fluency in French and English is required, with some travel to northern bases possible.

Responsibilities

  • Process shipments and material pickups efficiently.
  • Verify documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Pick materials for projects and support ERP transactions.
  • Receive and issue materials in ERP (WINAIR, D365).
  • Maintain clean, organized storage areas and assist senior stores agents.
  • Support AOG services when required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Stores Agent, you will play a key role in the daily management of aircraft parts. Under the supervision of the Stores warehouse supervisor and Aviation Stores Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and ensuring the proper organization of all storage areas. This dynamic position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative to effectively support technical operations, including urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that shipments and material pickups are processed and expedited efficiently
  • Verify that all documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date.
  • Material Picking to support different projects
  • Material receiving and issuing in ERP system (WINAIR, D365)
  • Actively contribute in maintaining clean and well-organized storage areas.
  • Support the senior stores agents in all tasks related to stores operations.
  • Assist with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) services when required.
  • Perform other assigned tasks to support departmental needs and objectives.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Previous experience in the aviation field is considered an asset.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC), including an airside driver’s permit.
  • Physically capable of loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Knowledge of aircraft inventory control systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with certification and airworthiness requirements for aviation materials is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to northern bases.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
COMPENSATION
  • Salary and benefits are determined in accordance with the corporate policy.
  • Entry hourly salary - $22.27
