Job summary

E.B. Horsman & Son is seeking a Warehouse Administrator (Logistic Coordinator) to join our Edmonton Distribution Centre. You will oversee freight, returns, and inventory control while maintaining accurate records and supporting branches.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, exposure to dust in a warehouse environment, and opportunities for growth through EBH University. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience (warehouse environment preferred).
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with WMS and ERP is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply orders for warehouse/branch locations and custom labels.
• Coordinate incoming freight delivery schedules and process freight claims.
• Monitor shipments and assist branches with timing needs.
• Review and maintain accurate inventory records through audits and reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle courier deliveries and support customers in-person as needed.
• Compile and publish inventory & statistical data for management.
• Maintain organized filing systems and internal documents.
