Job summary

Universal Group in Langley, BC, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Admin to support warehouse operations with a strong focus on paperwork, receiving, shipping, and dispatch coordination. The role also involves data entry, inventory upkeep, and occasional order picking.

You will work in a warehouse environment with standard hours, contributing to safety, efficiency, and accuracy in daily processes with a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven administration experience with shipping/receiving preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Documentation, receiving, shipping and dispatch duties.
• Book trucks with carriers and coordinate pickups.
• Data entry and maintenance of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Put away stock and maintain organized storage areas.
• Keep the warehouse clean and support order picking when needed.
• Communicate with customers and team to ensure accurate fulfillment.
