Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and friendly.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and recommend items based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set for guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Uphold high standards of food and beverage presentation and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waitress in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
