Our establishments include Maggie Oakes, Jacopo, Vieux-Port Steakhouse, Pincette, Bevo Bar+Pizzeria, Restaurant Gaspar, Terrasse le Perché, Terrasse William Gray, and La Terrasse sur l’Auberge.

The serveur·euse advises clients, takes orders, and serves food and beverages in the dining room. More broadly, they collaborate with team members to deliver an extraordinary gastronomic experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the dining area before service begins;
  • Advise customers and take their orders;
  • Serve the ordered dishes;
  • Check customer satisfaction when possible;
  • Respond to customer requests;
  • Handle billing after the meal;
  • Maintain cleanliness of their work area, dining room, and bathrooms;
  • Perform other related tasks necessary for smooth service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospitality;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong interest in teamwork;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
