À Propos Du Rôle

Le Bartender assure un service haut de gamme, courtois et personnalisé aux clients du Bar, selon les standards d’excellence Four Seasons. Il prépare et sert les boissons en maîtrisant parfaitement la carte des vins, cocktails, bières, spiritueux et autres produits offerts. Il conseille les clients, veille à la présentation et à la propreté du bar, et gère les ouvertures/fermetures du service.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

• Accueillir les clients avec un comportement chaleureux et courtois en établissant un contact visuel avec un sourire et une présentation appropriée ;
• Offrir aux clients du Bar un service distingué et agréable conformément aux critères de qualité Four Seasons ;
• Développer une connaissance complète de tous les produits offerts par le Bar comme les vins, les cocktails, les bières, les armagnacs, les cognacs, les eaux de vie et les autres boissons ;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Sommelier pour assurer une rotation adéquate des produits vinicoles ;
• Effectuer toutes les tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture du bar ; être capable de dresser les tables selon les normes requises ;
• S’assurer que le bar est stocké en tout temps et que toutes les responsabilités d’ouverture et de fermeture sont bien accomplies ;
  
  

Ce Que Vous Contribuez

• Deux (2) à trois (3) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un milieu hôtelier de luxe;
• Avoir une excellente résistance au stress et le gérer de manière positive et efficace ;
• Forte compétence en communication
• Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles puisque ce poste implique un contact constant avec la clientèle;
• Travailler des horaires atypiques et être disponible les jours, soirs, nuits, fin de semaines et fériés ;

About The Role

Due to local regulations, priority will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in Canada and are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.

The Bartender provides high-end, courteous, and personalized service to Bar guests, in line with Four Seasons’ standards of excellence. They prepare and serve beverages with a thorough knowledge of the wine list, cocktails, beers, spirits, and other offered products. The Bartender advises guests, ensures the presentation and cleanliness of the bar, and manages both opening and closing duties of the service.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, courteous demeanor by making eye contact with a smile and proper presentation;
• Offer guests at the bar a distinguished and pleasant service as per Four Seasons quality standards;
• Develop complete knowledge of all products offered by the bar such as wines, cocktails, beers, Armagnacs, cognacs, spirits and all other beverages;
• Under the guidance of the Responsible for the Bar Production participate in cocktail production both at the lab and at the bars;
• Ensure bar is properly stocked at all times and that opening and closing tasks are executed;

What You Bring

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment;
• Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively;
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required;
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays;
