Job summary

OMERS / Oxford Properties Group in Toronto is seeking a Vice President, Valuations to lead the private equity and private credit valuation team, driving coherent processes and reporting for a roughly $40 billion portfolio. You will oversee quarterly and annual valuation cycles, partner with deal teams, and present results to Management and the Audit & Risk Committee.

Strong IFRS knowledge and CBV/CPA/CFA designation are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of valuations experience with a global institutional investor.
• 7+ years progressive team leadership experience.
• 5+ years communicating with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 through inspiration, delegation and development.
• Oversee quarterly and annual valuation processes for assets ~ $40B.
• Present valuation results to Management and the Audit & Risk Committee.
