Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Export Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Securitization, or related areas.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex recommendations to executive audiences and credit committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and evaluation of complex Trade Finance, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Export & Agency Finance transactions.
• Prepare and present high-quality credit recommendations, transaction summaries, and approval materials to senior credit adjudication and governance committees.
• Lead due diligence activities, including client meetings, management discussions, industry reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Drive end-to-end execution of transactions, including documentation, closings, amendments, renewals, waivers, and ongoing portfolio management.
