Job summary

Citi in Mississauga is seeking a Supply Chain/Procurement Sourcing Technology Analyst to lead technology procurement activities, negotiate terms, and coordinate contracts. You will drive supplier strategy and overarching category programs within a multinational framework.

The role requires deep experience in sourcing, contracting, and ERP/eProcurement tools, with the ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Technology Sourcing experience.
• CPM or CIPS certification preferred.
• Experience in sourcing or procurement in a large, multi-national organization.
• Experience in leading strategic sourcing programs.
• Experience in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and contracting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and eProcurement tools (e.g., Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFx).
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing and supply base strategy and coordinate the sourcing process for procurement group.
• Lead and execute on key sourcing projects including new supplier onboardings and incremental services; conduct master contract reviews and SOWs.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and leverage Central Sourcing team.
• Lead/participate in global category forums maintaining sourcing processes.
• Develop market analyses/benchmarking to inform category strategy.
• Perform financial modeling and develop negotiation strategies for high-value deals.
• Set supplier qualification criteria and negotiate master agreements.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement.
