Job summary

TreowGroup Recruitment, on behalf of our luxury hospitality client, seeks a Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Niagara Region, ON. This executive role leads strategic direction, drives revenue, and oversees multi-channel marketing across portfolios.

The role requires 10+ years in hotel sales/marketing leadership, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and a track record of achieving occupancy and revenue growth across segments. An executive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership in hotels, resorts or hospitality.
• Experience leading multi-property teams and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide sales and marketing strategies with short- and long-term objectives.
• Lead sales across group, corporate, tour & travel, government, association and social event markets.
• Build client relationships, set sales goals and accountability measures.
• Lead integrated marketing across digital and traditional channels with consistent brand positioning.
• Partner with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and measure ROI on investments.
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows and events.
