Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking an Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions to lead technology strategy across the CRS for Canada. This remote role reports to the VP of Technology and guides a team of 60+ IT professionals, aligning resources with strategic priorities and cross-functional stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in IT with retail tech leadership, a CS degree, and certifications like ITIL or PMP.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership in applications and retail infrastructure.
• University Degree in Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute).
• Direct experience leading retail technology and navigating complex stakeholder environments during transformation.
• Certifications such as ITIL or PMP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a team of Org Leaders and 60+ IT professionals.
• Maintain capacity plans for resources to ensure timely delivery of technology projects.
• Drive technology transformation goals to enhance retail and consumer capabilities.
• Lead delivery and optimization of a $50M+ retail tech portfolio, balancing transformation and operations.
• Oversee budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation of new solutions.
