Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions for a permanent, remote role across Canada. You will lead a team of 60+ IT professionals, setting technology transformation goals and aligning investments with strategic priorities to deliver value across CRS.

You will partner with senior leaders to advance retail operations, digital channels, and customer experiences while navigating diverse stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including applications and retail infrastructure.
• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Direct experience leading retail technology initiatives.
• Certifications such as ITIL or PMP are assets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a team of Org Leaders and 60+ IT professionals to meet technology needs across Co-ops.
