Circular Materials is seeking a Vice President, Procurement & Vendor Management to lead the enterprise procurement strategy and governance across Canada. Qualifications

• MBA or related field required
• SCMP/MCIPS/CPSM or equivalent designation preferred
• Experience in strategic procurement and governance
• Proven ability to lead large supplier ecosystems and contracts

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise procurement strategy and governance across Canada
• Oversee 2,500+ contracts and 1,000+ service providers
• Drive supplier performance, risk management, and ESG integration
• Provide executive counsel on market dynamics, cost forecasting, and sourcing strategy
• Transform procurement from administrative function to strategic business partner
• Oversee procurement systems modernization and process optimization
• Partner with finance and leadership to align strategy with budgeting and value creation
