Job summary

CI Investments Inc. seeks a Director of Procurement to lead company-wide sourcing, vendor governance and cost optimization. You will partner with Legal, Risk and Finance to ensure compliance while driving strategic supplier programs and measurable savings.

The role requires 3–5 years of senior procurement experience, an undergraduate business or supply chain degree, and the ability to work onsite in Toronto. A CPA designation is an asset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree related to Business, Commerce and/or Supply Chain Operations.
• Procurement designation is an asset; CPA designation is an asset.
• 3–5 years of senior procurement experience in complex environments.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier program management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement strategy and operating model.
• Establish procurement policies, standards, processes, and governance.
• Build procurement capabilities, tools, reporting, and organizational structure.
• Drive adoption of procurement practices across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle management and controls.
• Provide advisory support on supplier strategy and negotiations.
• Monitor third-party risk and regulatory compliance.
• Develop supplier segmentation and spend visibility.
