Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven sales professional to join a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the WealthTech sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to capitalize on your industry knowledge and network to drive revenue by securing high-value deals with mid-sized financial organizations. You’ll represent an innovative platform designed to transform the way wealth advisors operate—empowering them with modern tools and automation. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, with a focus on mid-sized wealth management firms using AI-powered solutions.
  • Engage in discovery-driven conversations to understand client needs and deliver customized, high-impact SaaS solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Drive rapid sales cycles by effectively managing deal complexity and adjusting to client feedback in a startup-paced environment.
  • Surpass sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and become a trusted advisor within the WealthTech ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape the go-to-market strategy and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of B2B sales experience in financial services, including two years in SaaS environments.
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of two years of experience in Wealth Management products.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Solid understanding of wealth advisory workflows, regulatory landscape, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to both technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced credentials in business, technology, or finance are advantageous.
