Job summary

MHB Group is seeking a Senior Leader to be the VP of Sales and Marketing for its development division in the GTA. You will own the strategic direction for sales and marketing, directing external agencies and campaigns, and leading the team to deliver on project launches.

The role requires proven experience with mid-rise and high-rise residential projects, strong collaboration with executive leadership, and the ability to manage external agents while delivering innovative marketing and sales

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales and marketing
• Experience with residential development projects (GTA/Ontario)
• Proven ability to manage external sales agents and agencies
• Strong strategic and creative leadership to drive campaigns and brand direction

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic vision for Sales and Marketing for multiple projects
• Direct external sales brokerage activity and agency sales messages
• Lead marketing campaigns for new project launches and initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership and report to the President to align onvision and delivery
