Job summary

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Lottery Solutions to lead a strategic technology and product portfolio. Reporting to the CIO, you will define and execute the vision for lottery technology and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end product delivery, oversee transformation programs, and build high-performing, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, product management, software delivery, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional communicator and influential leader with the ability to translate complex concepts for executives, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Strategic, analytical, and people-focused leader with expertise in waterfall and Agile delivery, rapid prototyping, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for lottery technology portfolios.
• Define and execute the product vision and portfolio strategy with senior business and technology leaders.
• Drive innovation and product evolution by leveraging market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer insights.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery and operational excellence across all lifecycle stages.
• Oversee and develop a portfolio of product management leaders and champion Agile practices.
• Serve as the EIT lead for major transformation initiatives, including Lottery Evolution.
• Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive teams through leadership, coaching, and accountability.
