General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is seeking an executive to drive performance, growth, and complex defence programs. You will translate market, tech, and geopolitical developments into decisive actions and align cross-functional teams across regions.

You will build senior relationships with Canadian and international defence customers and stakeholders, shape investment priorities, and ensure governance and risk management across multi-year programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex defence or regulated engineering programs.
• Proven ability to translate customer, market and geopolitical trends into action.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and profitability.
• Develop and execute growth strategy and international expansion.
• Provide executive oversight of global programs from concept to delivery.
