Job summary

Marsh Canada is seeking a Vice-President / Engagement Lead for its Forensic Accounting Claims Services team. This hybrid role will manage complex engagements and help grow the practice across Canada, collaborating with a global team.

The successful candidate will lead projects, develop financial models for losses in insurance or litigation, and communicate findings to clients and senior stakeholders. Travel and industry expertise development are encouraged to drive superior results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Economics.
• CPA, CBV, CFA, and/or CFE designation(s).
• 3 to 7 years familiarity with general accounting and finance terms and concepts.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in insurance claim quantification (specifically Business Interruption Losses), litigation support, and/or forensic accounting services.
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (including VBA), SQL or other database experience; visualization/analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex client engagements in risk consulting.
• Develop financial models to quantify losses for insurance or litigation contexts.
• Synthesize large data sets and create work products that are clear and scrutinizable.
• Communicate analysis to clients, attorneys and senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth and industry expertise across key sectors.
• Travel as required.
