Job summary

Marsh Risk seeks a Vice-President / Engagement Lead for Forensic Accounting Claims Services in Canada. The role is hybrid and based in offices across Canada, leading complex engagements and growing the practice with a global team.

Responsibilities include developing loss quantification models, communicating findings to clients and attorneys, and guiding project milestones while advancing industry expertise and technology adoption. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Statistics.
• Professional designations such as CPA/CBV/CFA/CFE are preferred.
• 3–7 years of familiarity with accounting/finance concepts and financial documents.
• Minimum 2+ years in insurance claim quantification, litigation support, or forensic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex client engagements in forensic accounting claims services.
• Develop and deliver financial models to quantify losses for insurance or litigation contexts.
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to clients, attorneys and senior stakeholders.
• Drive engagement planning, milestones and coordination with internal teams and brokers.
• Develop industry expertise and contribute to practice initiatives and technology adoption.
• Travel as required to serve clients and engage with teams across locations.
