Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vote Audit Analyst (Contract) in Ontario. The role focuses on auditing and validating voting processes, job setup, and data integrity across physical and electronic environments.

You will work closely with management and internal partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the voting workflow. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operation auditing, accounting, or QA, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Operation Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance.
• Exposure to brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and thorough data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconciliation testing of voting processes.
• Ensure jobs are set up correctly (physical and electronic).
• Identify and report problems or potential risks to management.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Process voting and issuer job details accurately within guidelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal partners.
• Provide status updates to management on control effectiveness.
• Overtime may be required during this contract based on processing volumes.
• Other duties as assigned.
