Job summary

Vosyn, a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company, invites you to join as a Product UI/Visual & Interaction Designer Intern. Focus on elegant UI elements, visual hierarchies, and micro-interactions for our AI-powered products.

You will collaborate with the design system team to elevate the product visuals across web and mobile. Open to Master's students or recent grads in Visual Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, or HCI.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent Master’s graduate in the specified design fields.
• Portfolio demonstrates excellence in visual design and interaction concepts.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile products.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system and component libraries.
• Explore and design interactive motion behaviors and micro-interactions.
• Work collaboratively with product designers, researchers, and engineers to bring concepts to life.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile products.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system and component libraries.

About You

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Visual Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design and interaction concepts.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Passion for detail and craftsmanship in typography, color, and layout.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and animation/motion design fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
