Job summary

lululemon seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the shop floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, window activations, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You will collaborate with store leadership, apply visual storytelling, and train teammates on branding and display techniques while contributing to an inclusive, high-energy team environment in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute brand-aligned product presentation, mannequin styling, and signage to drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, and seasonal/product changes as directed.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques to teammates.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
