Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser creates exciting, authoritative, and cutting-edge visual presentations for store installations (interiors and/or windows) and displays merchandise to company standards to encourage customer purchases.

Responsibilities include:

1. Styling and dressing mannequins and hard good presentations
2. Sourcing and implementing appropriate materials and props
3. Adhering to corporate guidelines, standards, and directives
4. Collaborating with various departments to execute visual initiatives
5. Reworking presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are displayed to maximize impact
6. Rotating aged stock into blends to assist in driving sell-through
7. Orchestrating signage placement
8. Working with external vendor specialists in designated areas/departments
9. Maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the store and windows
10. Properly maintaining the visual stockroom and collateral
11. Respecting merchandise protection standards and inventory requirements
12. Complying with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
13. Ensuring compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience
• Related fashion school or visual merchandising courses/diploma
