Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Visit Nurse in Brant and surrounding areas to support patients at home and in community settings. This part-time role requires 3 weekdays per week and a 1-in-3 weekend rotation, with flexible scheduling and travel within the region.

The nurse will apply wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, and palliative/pediatric care, plus health teaching. A collaborative interdisciplinary team supports ongoing development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Clear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screen within the past 12 months.
• Access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Caledonia/Serlkirk and surrounding areas.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• 2 Step TB Test completed within the past 12 months (or willing to obtain).
• CPR Level C/BLS.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset.
• Ability to work 3-5 days per week plus every third weekend, as well as participate in an after-hours on call rotation.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $26.99 – $38.73 per hour.
