Job summary

CBI Home Health is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to serve Thornhill, North York and Scarborough. The role involves providing high-quality in-home health care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

We offer flexible scheduling, travel pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be licensed in Ontario and prepared for community travel within the Greater Toronto Area.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance.
• Ability to travel within the community - valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance.
• Travel required: Thornhill, North York & Scarborough.

CBI Home Health is looking to hire Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Thornhill, North York & Scarborough

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $36.17 - $38.76 per visit for RN; $30.77 - $33.36 per visit for RPN.

Area of Service: Thornhill, North York & Scarborough

What You Will Do

• As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.

• CBI Home Health has strengthened the traditional In-Home service delivery model focusing on a holistic approach to care.
• As part of the dynamic and self-directed care team, you work together to effectively meet the patient’s goals.
• You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community - a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
• Travel required: Thornhill, North York & Scarborough
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
