Qualifications

• Experience providing bold, thoughtful strategic leadership in a non-profit or for-profit organization.
• Proven ability to report to a Board of Directors and drive organizational renewal.
• Track record in fundraising, program oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to advance the mission and impact.
• Act as primary spokesperson for Siloam Mission and advocate with government, donors and partners.
• Lead organizational transformation during renewal and growth.
• Oversee financial stewardship of substantial real estate and operating budgets.
