Job summary

Walmart Canada Vision Centre in Mississauga is seeking a customer-focused associate to support customers and the store with inquiries and service. You will greet customers, answer phones, and help with eye appointment bookings while maintaining VC standards and assisting with frames, accessories and repairs.

You will coordinate between opticians, customers and doctors, perform POS transactions including benefits, manage layaway, and conduct precise eyewear measurements.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and answering phones.
• Assist with bookings of eye appointments.
• Maintain standards of the Vision Centre (filing, cleaning, displays, organization).
• Help customers with frames, accessories, repairs and requests.
• Coordinate communication between opticians, customers and doctors.
• Advanced POS transactions including benefit systems.
• Maintain layaway.
• Technical measuring of eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones.
• Help with the bookings of eye appointments.

• Aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors).
