Job summary

LensCrafters in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care experiences. You will help customers select frames, explain lens options, take measurements and coordinate with the optician to ensure accurate fit and vision solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, calculators; basic math skills.
• Strong communication and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Assist with lens and frame selections and measurements.
• Coordinate with Optician for accuracy and fit.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory.
• Foster inclusive culture with customers and colleagues.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
