Job summary

CB2 in Vancouver is seeking a Designer to help plan and design spaces, delivering an elevated CB2 experience for customers in-store and virtually.

You will drive sales through design offerings, create moodboards and 2D floor plans, and lead one-on-one consultations to deliver projects on time, while staying aligned with CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies across store channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or design
• Experience working one-on-one with clients
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual communication

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide elevated design offerings in store and virtually
• Create elevated CB2 designs using moodboards, floor plans, product lists
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, or video
• Deliver projects in a timely manner and within timelines
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel
• Deliver sales and KPI goals and engage customers on the sales floor
• Stay informed with marketplace and industry trends
• Listen to customer needs and communicate loyalty services when applicable
• Provide gracious, quick, and efficient service in-store and virtually
