Crate and Barrel is seeking a Designer to help customers envision possibilities for their spaces, from full-room designs to accent pieces. You will guide customers using design tools, create moodboards and floor plans, and present options to close sales in a collaborative team setting.

You will engage with customers across in-store, in-home, and virtual channels, delivering on brand aesthetics and design standards while staying current with trends and product information.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering design consultations to customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into design solutions.
• Familiarity with moodboards and floor planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering elevated design experiences in-store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans for customer projects.
