Job summary

CB2 in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Store Leader in Design & Trade to drive sales, mentor Team Leaders, and uphold brand standards in all customer interactions. You will partner with the Store Manager to align goals, manage performance, and ensure exceptional service across the store.

The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to establish and execute brand goals across sales, operations, visual, HR, scheduling and safety.
• Lead Team Leaders to drive sales, customer service, and visual standards.
• Address associate relations issues and escalate as needed.
• Mentor and coach team members for growth and performance.
• Manage workloads and ensure plans are executed store-wide.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and improve results.
• Communicate with management about sales, feedback, and performance.
